My life in numbers - Chocolate Glazed Life

My life in numbers

I found this idea on pinterest and thought it sounded too fun. So here is some of the numbers that define me. As a disclaimer some are just estimates based on averages. Because who really counts each and every stinky diaper?

I have been on this earth for 31 years, which is when I was born into a huge and amazing family. I feel so blessed to have a huge support system and a family that are my favorite people to spend time with! Yes my mother gave birth to and raised 11 kids, yet 0 is the amount of times I have heard her complain about the years and years of self sacrifice this involves. For  10,082 days  I was blessed to have a wonderful father in my life, and it has been  30,732 hours since we said our earthly goodbyes.

One of the most fun things in my life has been having flight benefits which I have had for 10 years, 9 months, 9 days. This has allowed me to make many trips including 23 trips to the happiest place on earth. I have so enjoyed experiencing Disneyland with many of my nieces and nephews and friends and families and taking my own kids there was seriously a life long dream come true!

It has been 2126 days, 13 hours, 21 minutes and 23 seconds since Julio first asked me to be his girlfriend. That was the moment I knew I had found someone special, someone who still believed in asking! Since than I have got to hear him profess his love for me at least 6,592 times and been so lucky to spend the last 160,439,422 seconds being his wife. And I hope for at least 25,202 more days with him by my side. (yep I plan to live to 100!)

In our time together I have spent 94 weeks being pregnant, and have gotten 5 pregnancy related surgeries. And he has been amazing at taking care of me every time! I have gotten to have the sacred title of “Mommy” for 1236 days. My first baby was born over 10 weeks early and spent 42 days in the NICU.  Together we have changed 9,128 diapers for our 2 beautiful daughters. We have also lost 2 of our babies before we were able to hold them in our arms. I have spent an average of 7 hours a week rocking babies for the last 3.5 years.

15 minutes is the amount of time I just had to take a break for. This would be due to my potty training 2 year old coming to tell me “There is poop on the floor mom!” I don’t have a number for how many potty training accidents I have cleaned in the last year of potty training my oldest and now starting my youngest but if I had to guess I would say at least 1,992,999. In spite of this I still say I have the best job in the world!  And one I better get back to before I am scrubbing poop off worse places than the floor. And to those of you who have never potty trained, yes there is worse places than the floor!
